Refund policy
We have a NO RETURN policy, which means you cannot return the product once it is ordered. Owing to COVID 2019 regulations and the new normal practices we have unilaterally decided not to accept any form of returns for any products ordered. All sales are FINAL.
Orders which are wrongly shipped or damaged in transit are eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you need to immediately contact us at social@rainbowdreams.co.uk, Kindly mention your

- date of order
- reason for return
- attach images of the damaged/ wrongly shipped products received
Once our team reviews your request we will email you the process of return and refund. It usually takes 2-3 working days for us the get back to you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The onus will be on the buyer to substantiate that the package has in fact been returned.
All refund shall be only be processed once we receive the products back as per the above mentioned return information and after inspection by us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take upto 7 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
