RAINBOW DREAMS SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping rates and methods.
- We generally ship all our orders within 48-72 hours depending on the mailing cut off time, there might be certain delay in some exceptional cases.
- Due to sudden lockdown imposed we will try and ship the product with best of our endeavours and delays might be encountered based on the availability of the courier and postal services.
- For all orders over £ 100 we offer a free delivery service using either Royal Mail or MyHermes courier services. All orders will be delivered only in Mainland England, Wales and Scotland. We shall not deliver to any remote postal codes and the Shetland islands and any other islands in the Outer Hebrides.
- For orders upto £ 75.00 we shall charge a flat fee of £ 7.95 and absorb anything over that amount as our goodwill contribution.
- For orders between £ 75.00 to £ 99.95 we shall charge a flat fee of £ 5.95 and absorb anything over that amount as our goodwill contribution.
- The packages will be dispatched in one tranche and not be subject to various deliveries. Best endeavors will be used for delivering the package to the customer using the available resources and channels.
- Please Note: During the Covid 2019 pandemic, a lot of strain has been put onto delivery companies and couriers and hence it should be noted that deliveries may sometime be delayed as a result of the unprecedented demand and this factor is not within our control.
For all props and/or nostalgic collectibles/ high value items over £ 100, the company may choose to customise the rate of postage / delivery costs in advance and that shall be specified during the checkout process.

Packaging options- A combination of the most versatile available packaging materials will be used to include boxes, poly mailers, package tissues, brown tape, brown paper wrapper, stickers, padded or unpadded envelopes and light and small mailing options with low and easy recyclability, keeping sustainability at the core of the package dispatch.
Insurance: Depending on what items are being dispatched the company will refer to the buyer to ascertain insurance and tracking specifics for all Props and/or Nostalgic Collectibles where an additional fee to cover insurable amounts will be requested from the customer before dispatch.
Tariffs, taxes and duties If there are any additional customs fees due when a package reaches its destination, the customer will be responsible for them at the time of delivery.
